Abstract:
This bulk-material cooling device (5) is provided with a fine-particle separation section (102) and a subsequent cooling section (103) provided downstream of the fine-particle separation section (102). In the fine-particle separation section (102), upward-moving cooling air (A2) is supplied to a layer of a bulk material (90) and said cooling air (A2) selectively separates out fine particles from the middle of the bulk material (90) layer towards the top thereof. In the subsequent cooling section (103), cooling air (A3) with a flow rate per unit area lower than that of the cooling air (A2) in the fine-particle separation section (102) is supplied to the bulk material (90) layer.
