Abstract:
Bullet-proof door for the cockpit in the travel airplane having a round shape, casing (22) and a round cabin (5) wich is rotateing with his entrance-exit door for 180 degrees towards exit (26) in round casing (22).In front of the cockpit, the door opens and closes over control bords (3 and 6) .The door is provided with locks (8), videocameras and microphones for video and sound surveillance.On the way out from the cockpit through the round cabin, the door (2) closes again, so that nobody would have acces inside the door or in the cockpit. Only pilot would have a code for activation of this door.

CLAIMS
1. Bulletproof door for the cockpit in travell airplane are consisting of round round cabin with one entranceexit door,round casing with entrance and exit door in round casing of the round cabin.The door is provided with electrical device for locking and unlocking ,video and sound surveillance and electric motors for opening and closing,characterized by, that the main round cabin is builtin its casing with solid ground and only one door.
2. Bulletproof door for the cockpit in travell airplane by the request 1 , characterized by,that when pilot needs to enter in the round cabine towards his working place, first he needs to insert a card. Without that electronic card door will not open.
3. Bulletproof door for the cockpit in travell airplane by the request 2, characterized by,that pilot after entering in the round cabin needs to insert the card again to close main entrance door. After closing,sides of the round cabin, with his entranceexit door,are rotateing around the pilot towards exit door in casing and cockpit.
4. Bulletproof door for the cockpit in travell airplane by the request 3, characterized by,that in that momentpilot is going out from the round cabin and bullet proof door leaving behind open door in round cabin. With that,passage is completely closed and secure with double side casing and round cabin because lock.es are locked.
5. Bulletproof door for the cockpit in passangers airplane by the request 4, characterized by,that after pilot leaves the cockpit and round cabin this bulletproof door are closing and nobody has acces in to cockpit because pilot is the only one with electronic card and only he has a code for opening the door.
6. Bulletproof door for the cockpit in travell airplane by the request 5, characterized by .that this bulletproof door are protected from the high temperature with special fireproof materials under mark Hi Temp's R 5132 oz.Thay can withstand temperature to 1750°f(9545°C).Thay are also protected with purogel for high temperature from the airgel products.
Description:
BULLET-PROOF DOOR FOR THE COCKPIT

1) THE FIELD OF TEHNIC RELATIVE TO INVENTION

This invention relates to bullet-proof door for the cockpit in travel airplanes and other airplanes where only pilot can have access.

2) TEHNICAL PROBLEM

In this time when terorists are striking.pilots have become easy prey for thair actions.lt is easy to come in to the cockpit and force pilot to crash an airplane in to some object and force him to land elsewhere.In those cases there are many casualties and material damage.

3) CONDICION OF THE PRIOR TEHNIC

To date situacion is worrisome and protection against emergency landing and hijacking of the airplane is bad and still worrisome.In that case passangers are also not safe.To date practice during construction of an airplane there was no bullet-proof door or thay were unsatisfactor.Because of that;airports do not accept travel airplanes if thay don't have installed bullet-proof door for the cockpit.

4) EXPOUNDING ESSENCE OF INVENTION

The main goal of this invention is to protect pilot from terorists,so that thay couldn't force pilot to emergency landing,to prevent unwelcome people to enter in the cockpit, work place of the crew.Through the description and drawings we will se functionalety and advantages of this invention.Bullet-ρroof door,wich would be installed in airplanes,are round tipe with internal cabin with one entrance-exit opening, wich is placed in his round casing with two doors,entrance and exitThrough that door with his electronic card pilot is requesting door opening.so he could enter .After he entered through the first door in casing of round cabin,thay are closing behind him.Sides of the round cabine.with pilot in casing are rotating for 180 degrees toward the door,accessing point to pilot's work place.Flight attendant can enter in to the cockpit only if pilot allowes her and if she has an electronic card. When flight attendent enters in to cabin she can not come in to the cockpit unless pilot allowes .because round cabin is monitored with cameras and sound surveillance.Sides and ceiling are thick and filled with material made of ballistic Kevlar,resistant on bullets and high temperature.Round sides of casing and sides of round cabin, wich are locaited in the casing,are armoured with steel armature and construction.Balistic Kevlar is verry light.

5) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Figures 1 and 2 on page 5 is looks of bullet-prof door from the side and bird's-eye view in complete contents. Figure 2 on page 6 is looks of bullet-proof door from the bird's-eye view during closing the door in casing of the round cabinjust before entrance-exit door have rotated for 180 degrees. Figure 3 on page 7 is looks of bullet-proof door from bird's eye view when entrance-exit door have turned for 180 degrees.Door is aligned with exit door in casing of the round cabin.In that moment pilot is geting out from the round cabm.Behind him entrances are completely closed,and it is impossible to open tham because only pilot with his electronic card can allowe entering in to the cockpit. 6) DETAIL DESCRIPTION AT LEAST ONE OF THE WAYS THAT WE CAN MAKE INVENTION TRUE

Picture 1 and 2 on page 5 we can se real function of this bullet-proof door .When pilot needs to come to his work place,cockpit,he stands by the door 1.He insert a card 3 and door 2 in casing of the round cabin is automatically unlocking and opening.Pilot takes out electronic card 3 enteres in the round cabin 5 door 2 are closing and automatically locking 8.Pilot inserts his card in the inner reader 6 inside of the round cabin. After door is closed, by taking out of the card from the opening 6, round cabin 5 in his round casing 22 is rotating his door for 180 degrees towards exit door 7 picture on page 7 wich are leading to the cockpit.Dovetailing of entrance-exit door of the round cabin 25 picture on page 6 with exit door 26 picture on page 6 towards the cockpit pilot can enter at his work place. After pilot has entered in the cockpit jpassage through the cabin is completely closed,like we can se on the picture on page 7 ,with the door 2 with the round cabin wich is partitioned a passage with the door 2 on the picture on the page 7.There is no possibility of any kine of entrance from the side of foreign people.through that bullet-proof door and cockpit without electronic permission of the pilot from his cockpitlf he permits flight attendant to pass through the bullet-proof door he can monitor her over camera and sound surveillance. After pilot leaves the cockpit and cabin,doors are automatically closing so that nobody can't come in.This bullet-proof door are provided with first door 2 whose thick sides are filled with ballistic armatured paneling made of Cevlar,resistant to high temperature.Doors are sliding by the command on the plastic silicate wheels 11 in his groove 12 and leading track 21.On the top of the door is mounted cogged strap 13.Over cogged 15 and electric motor 14 entrance in the round cabin is opening and closing 5. Round cabin with one entrance-exit door is provided with thick sides filled with armetured impenetrable Kevlar,high temperature resistant. This round cabin 5 is placed in the round casing 22.On the top of this round cabin is mounted round cogged strap 19.Over wich, with cogged strap 18 of electric motor 17 from automatic command is rotating entire cabin on the wheels and leading track 21.Floor 24 in the round cabin is solid5he doesn"t rotates,so pilot doesn't need to turn around while he comeing in .Floor is not rotating towards entrance-exit door of the round cabin.Door are provided with automatic electronical locks 8 and 9.This bullet-proof door are in one piece with casing,round cabin and commands.Thay are designd for one piece delivery and installation, the designed array and interior 23 in travel airplanes.

7) APPLICATION OF INVENTION

That way this invention would allow practicaluse and justified investment.lt would allow safetier travelling for passangers and the crew.During meking decision about accepting this modern and safe bullet-proof door,experts in the airplane industry without any longer thinking should accept this invention.
