The present invention relates to a bungeoppang (crucian carp cake) including an additive, and the bungeoppang is made by inserting batter and a filling through a bungeoppang molding device which: has molding parts capable of molding a bungeoppang therein through a structure in which an upper mold and a lower mold are hingedly coupled and are selectively rotated; allows the upper mold and the lower mold to be provided so as to receive processing heat through a heater part such that the heat controlled by a control part is supplied to batter for making a bungeoppang in the molding parts formed in the upper mold and the lower mold; and allows auxiliary molding members of a predetermined size to be formed on the upper end of the molding parts such that molding grooves are formed on the upper end of the bungeoppang finally molded according to the shape of the auxiliary molding members, the bungeoppang is provided with the molding grooves by the auxiliary molding members, and includes one additive by including the additive in the molding grooves of the finished bungeoppang after the bungeoppang has been completely baked.
