Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry) molding device which is a bungeoppang molding device comprising: molding parts capable of molding bungeoppangs therein through a structure in which an upper mold and a lower mold are hingedly coupled and are selectively rotated, wherein the upper mold and the lower mold which are provided to receive processing heat through a heater so as to supply heat controlled by a control part to batter for producing the bungeoppangs in the molding parts formed in the upper mold and the lower mold; and an auxiliary molding member of a predetermined size is arranged on the upper end of the molding parts so as to produce bungeoppangs by putting the batter and filling thereinto, such that molding grooves are formed on the upper ends of the bungeoppangs finally molded according to the shape of the auxiliary molding members.
