Abstract:
A burner (1) and a gas water heater. The burner (1) comprises a first burner grate (10), an ignition pin (30) and a first wind guard (20). The first burner grate (10) is provided with a first ejecting channel (110), and a first flame-shooting part (130) and first ejecting inlet (120) that are respectively located at two ends of the first ejecting channel (110). The ignition pin (30) is provided close to the first flame-shooting part (130). The first wind guard (20) is located at the first ejecting inlet (120), and the first wind guard (20) is provided with a first vent (210) that is provided in correspondence with the first ejecting inlet (120), wherein the radial size of the first vent (210) is smaller than the radial size of the first ejecting inlet (120).
