Abstract:
A burner plate (1) which has a plurality of flame holes (29) supplied with fuel-air premixture (P) and is used in a flat flame burner (21), the surface of the burner plate (1) facing a combustion region (B) . The burner plate (1) is provided with: a combustion unit (31) that is formed with the plurality of flame holes (29); and a separation unit (33) that surrounds the combustion unit (31) and where no flame holes (29) are present. The combustion-region-(B)-side surface of the combustion unit (31) protrudes toward the combustion region (B) or is recessed toward a region supplied with the premixture (P) , with respect to the combustion-region-(B)-side surface of the separation unit (33).
