Abstract:
A burr removal device (100), for use to remove a burr at a through hole (201) of a workpiece (200). The burr removal device (100) comprises a workbench (10), a lifting mechanism (20), and a rotating mechanism (30); the workbench (10) comprises a bottom plate (11) and a locating mechanism (12); the locating mechanism (12) is provided on the bottom plate (11) for locating the workpiece (200); the lifting mechanism (20) is provided on the bottom plate (11); the rotating mechanism (30) is provided on the lifting mechanism (20); the rotating mechanism (30) comprises a fixing block (31), a rotating driving member (33), and a cutter (35); the fixing block (31) is provided on the lifting mechanism (20) and has one end thereof pointing at the workpiece (200); the cutter (35) is provided at the end of the fixing block (31) pointing at the workpiece (200) and points at the through hole (201) of the workpiece; the lifting mechanism (20) drives the rotating mechanism (30) to descend so that the cutter (35) descends to the through hole (201) of the workpiece; the rotating driving member (33) is provided on the fixing block (31) to drive the cutter (35) to rotate to remove the burr. The device improves the efficiency and accuracy of burr removal.
