Abstract:
A burr removing apparatus for steel structure product machining. An apparatus base is fixedly welded under a machining box body, and a storage drawer is connected to the outer side of the apparatus base in a nested manner. Rectangular guide rails are fixedly welded to the two sides of the inner wall of the machining box body, and a device box door is connected to the outer side of the machining box body in a nested manner and comprises the storage drawer. A tray is connected to the interior of the storage drawer in a nested manner, and a plastic suction cup is fixedly adhered under the tray. A driving motor is connected above the tray in a nested manner, and an output shaft of the driving motor is in shaft connection with a bevel gear. One side of the bevel gear is in shaft connection with a belt wheel, and one side of the bevel gear is in shaft connection with an a-plane gear. The burr removing apparatus for steel structure product machining uses the bevel gear and a b-plane gear, and the bevel gear is used for driving the a-plane gear to rotate, such that the driving motor drives a polishing structure at the bottom to rotate, and at the same time, the a-plane gear is used for driving a workpiece positioning seat to move horizontally.
