Abstract:
In the present invention a piercing punch and a burring punch, which are shaft members having a first axis line as a shared central axis line, are provided so as to be capable of moving along the first axis line. First, the piercing punch is used to form, in a first wall part and a second wall part, pilot holes having the first axis line as a shared central axis line, after which the burring punch is used to form, in the first wall part and the second wall part, burred holes having the first axis line as a shared central axis line.
