Abstract:
The present invention provides a burring structural member that is resistant to fracture even when the burring structural part is bent back. In the burring structural member according to the present disclosure: a plate section has a thickness T of 2.0 mm or greater; the Charpy impact value vE(0) of the plate section at 0°C is 50 J/cm2 or greater; a BCI value, calculated according to BCI = vE(0)/Lc on the basis of the Charpy impact value vE(0) (J/cm2) and a maximum length Lc (μm) of a crack on the inner bend side of a curved wall section of the burring structural part, is 2.5 or greater; and the inner bend side of the curved wall section has a radius of curvature R (mm) that is greater than R1 calculated according to R1 = 25/BCI-1.5.
