[Problem] To provide a bus bar module and a power supply device including the bus bar module that can prevent increase in cost by reducing the number of processes for connecting a conductor of a flat electric wire to a bus bar. [Solution] A bus bar module (5) includes: a bus bar (6) that connects a positive electrode (11) and a negative electrode (12) of adjacent batteries (3) in a battery assembly (2); and flat electric wires (7a, 7b) having a plurality of conductors (25) parallel to each other and a sheet-like covering portion (26) that covers the plurality of conductors (25). Each of the conductors (25) of the flat electric wires (7a, 7b) is connected to one bus bar (6). The flat electric wires (7a, 7b) are adjacent to the plurality of bus bars (6), and provided such that the longitudinal direction of the conductors (25) is parallel to the direction X where a plurality of batteries (3) are stacked. The bus bar (6) includes a bus bar main unit (20) that is overlapped with the battery assembly (2) and a connection piece (25) that is continuous to the bus bar main unit (20), overlapped with the flat electric wires (7a, 7b), and connected to one of the conductors (25).
