Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a bus operation management system and program which are capable of associating a bus stop location and a designation on the basis of information which is generated by an operation of a user of a bus searching for the bus stop. [Solution] From a bus stop search page which is presented upon a portable terminal device: information which has been inputted as a bus stop whereat a bus will be boarded is acquired as a boarding bus stop; information which has been inputted as a bus stop whereat the bus will be exited is acquired as an exit bus stop; information which has been inputted as a bus route whereupon the bus will be boarded is stored as boarded bus route information; then, location information is acquired which has been sent when the bus is next boarded, and said information is stored in a database in association with a designation of the bus stop.
