Title:
BUSBAR COMPONENT, BATTERY, AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/205215
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present application provides a busbar component, a battery, and an electrical device, and relates to the technical field of batteries. The busbar component comprises a first connecting part, which is used for connecting a first electrode terminal of a first battery cell; a second connecting part, which is used for connecting a second electrode terminal of a second battery cell; and multiple fusing parts, one end of each fusing part being connected to the first connecting part, and the other end being connected to the second connecting part. The overcurrent cross-sectional area corresponding to the fusing part having the largest overcurrent cross-sectional area among the multiple fusing parts is Smax, the overcurrent cross-sectional area corresponding to the fusing part having the smallest overcurrent cross-sectional area among the multiple fusing parts is Smin, and Smin and Smax satisfy the following relationship: 0.3 ≤ Smin/Smax ≤ 1. The smallest overcurrent cross-sectional area Smin and the largest overcurrent cross-sectional area Smax of all of the fusing parts satisfy: 0.3 ≤ Smin/Smax ≤ 1. When short circuiting occurs, the fusing time of the fusing parts of the busbar component is relatively short, thus reducing the time for which short circuiting occurs and preventing the accumulation of arc pulling energy during fusing due to short circuiting occurring for a long time.
