Abstract:
A busbar (1) of the present invention is configured of an electrically conducting material and is provided with an elongated busbar body (10) and an insulating film (20) covering the periphery of the busbar body. A busbar-body cross section taken along a line orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the busbar body is substantially rectangular. The insulating film is formed of a photocurable resin that, after being cured, has an elongation percentage of 50% or more and a Young's modulus of 900 MPa or less. A method for manufacturing the busbar comprises a step for applying a photocurable resin with a viscosity of 10-1000 Pa·s at 25°C on the periphery of the busbar body and a step for curing the photocurable resin by irradiating the photocurable resin with light energy.
