Abstract:
The present invention enables information associated with a business card provider to be acquired when storing a business card in a card case. A business card management system S according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a card case 100 having a storage unit in which a plurality of business cards can be stored one of top of another and a read unit for reading the image of a business card stored in the storage unit; and a card management device 200 for causing additional information associated with textual information acquired from the image of the business card read by the read unit to be displayed by a display unit. The additional information includes at least one of history information that indicates the textual information acquired in the past that is associated with textual information acquired from the image of the business card and common point information that indicates a point in common between the textual information acquired from the image of the business card and the user of the card case 100.
