Abstract:
A business service fee calculation method, comprising: acquiring, at each preset financial period, daily report information and attendance information of all employees; determining a working hour difference of each employee according to the daily report information and the attendance information; when it is determined that the working hour difference of each employee is equal to zero, calculating a service fee amount within the preset financial period according to the daily reported working hours of all the employees and a preset employee pay rate corresponding to each employee; and generating an invoice according to the service fee amount and a preset invoice template, so as to request payment from a served business. The present application further provides a business service fee calculation apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The present application directly calculates a service fee amount within a preset financial period according to total daily reported working hours of all employees and corresponding employee pay rates, such that the calculated service fee amount truly reflects the overall progress of a service project and the justification of a service fee.
