[Problem] [Solution] Provided is a business support device that matches an organization recruiting personnel and a job seeker with each other, the business support device characterized by including a job seeker selection unit that selects a job seeker to whom job opening information is to be presented on the basis of the job opening information and job seeker information about the job seeker; an approach means selection unit that selects, on the basis of reaction information regarding a reaction to the job opening information presented in the past to the job seeker selected by the job seeker selection unit, a means for approaching the job seeker; and a job opening presentation unit that presents the job opening information to the job seeker via the approach means selected by the approach means selection unit.
