Abstract:
A busway dimension inspection system, method and apparatus, for use in automatically completing busway dimension inspection, improving the efficiency and precision of busway dimension measurement, improving production efficiency, reducing manpower required, and reducing manufacturing costs of enterprises. The busway dimension inspection system comprises an industrial control host (1), as well as a camera (2), a position sensor (3), and a first display (4) connected to the industrial control host (1). The position sensor (3) is opposite to a busway inspection position (9) and used for monitoring whether a busway (10) is located in the busway inspection position (9). The camera (2) is opposite to the busway inspection position (9) and used for acquiring busway images. The industrial control host (1) is used for controlling, when the busway (10) is located in the busway inspection position (9), the camera (2) to acquire a busway image, and calculating the phase spacing and difference in busbar length of the busway (10). The first display (4) is used for displaying the phase spacing and difference in busbar length of the busway (10).
