Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a butadiene rubber-polyurethane elastomer material having ultra-low rolling resistance and a preparation method therefor. The elastomer material is obtained by polymerization and radiation of a soft segment and a hard segment at a mass ratio of 100: (20-110), the soft segment being hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene rubber, and the hard segment comprising isocyanate, small molecular polyol chain extender, and a cross-linking agent. According to the irradiation-modified butadiene rubber-polyurethane elastomer prepared in the present invention, on the basis of maintaining high strength, high toughness, environmental friendliness, high abrasion resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, good flexing resistance, and excellent dynamic properties of a conventional polyurethane elastomer material, coordination between macromolecules is better, the rolling resistance is further reduced, and a new idea is provided for the next generation of a fuel-saving tire having ultra-low rolling resistance.
