Abstract:
A butt welding die for an infrared metal honeycomb combustion plate, comprising an upper die and a lower die. The upper die comprises an upper mounting plate, an insulation plate, an upper guide groove plate, an upper electrode, an upper power component, and a conical mandrel. The upper mounting plate is fixedly connected to the insulation plate. The insulation plate is fixedly connected to the upper guide groove plate. A guide groove of the upper guide groove plate is fittedly connected to a guide groove of the upper electrode to allow the upper electrode to move along the guide groove of the upper guide groove plate. The upper power component is fixedly connected to the insulation plate. A power head of the power component is connected to the conical mandrel. The outer conical surface of the conical mandrel is provided within the inner conical surface of the upper electrode. The outer conical surface of the conical mandrel is in contact with the inner conical surface of the upper electrode. A compression spring is arranged between the upper guide groove plate and the upper electrode. The compression spring is compressed between the upper guide groove plate and the upper electrode. When the conical mandrel moves downwards, the conical mandrel overcomes the restoring force of the compression spring to push the upper electrode into movement, thus clamping and welding together a ring and a corrugated ring.
