Abstract:
A butt welding and electrofusion jointing machine, includes a grinding plate (1), a heating plate (2), fixing collars (3), a movable fixing collar (4), pipe molds (5), a manual handle (6), beams (7) and pillars (8). The fixing collars (3) and the movable fixing collar (4) are, in sequence, provided on the beams (7) which lie on the pillars (8). The pipe molds (5) are mounted inside the fixing collars (3) and the movable fixing collar (4). At one side of pillars (8), there provides a heating plate (2). The fixing collars (3) and grinding plate (1) are at the two opposite sides of the heating plate (2).The manual handle (6) is provided on the beams (7). The lengths of the beams (7) are suitable for placing electrofusion pipes and fittings. The movable fixing collar (4), being placed between the fixing collars (3), moves backward and forward according to the lengths of the electrofusion pipes and fittings.
