The present invention comprises: a valve body (100) having a flow path formed therein; a seat flange (200), which is coupled to one side of the valve body (100), has a valve seat (210) therein and has a first pipe connected to the other side thereof; a valve disc (300) which is embedded in the seat flange (200), and which comes in close contact with the valve seat (210) during rotation to open/close the flow path; and a driving shaft (410) and an auxiliary shaft (420) provided at the valve body (100) to rotatably support the valve disc (300). In addition, provided is a butterfly valve having an adjustable distance between faces, the valve comprising: an extendable flange (800) which has a junction flange (500) coupled to the other side of the valve body (100), and a connection flange (600) connected to a second pipe, and which has an extendable bellows pipe (700) between the junction flange (500) and the connection flange (600); and fastening members (900), each having one end fixed to the seat flange (200) and the other end fixed to the junction flange (500) to fasten the junction flange (500) to the seat flange (200), thereby supporting the valve body (100) so that the valve body is not separated therefrom.
