Abstract:
A body (12) is provided with a partition (35) for delimiting a coolant passage (16) and an operation chamber (33) in which an actuator mechanism is positioned. An insertion hole (36) for connecting the operation chamber (33) and the coolant passage (16) with one another and into which a shaft (20) is inserted is formed in the partition (35). The interval between the shaft (20) and the body (12) in the insertion hole (36) is provided with a shaft-sealing member (54) for restricting the leakage of coolant from the coolant passage (16) side to the operation chamber (33) side. Oil is sealed into a space (64) formed between a valve element (18) and the shaft-sealing member (54).
