Abstract:
Disclosed is a buttocks-wiping device (300) that wipes the buttocks with toilet paper, said device being provided with a wiping arm (310) for attaching toilet paper and a wiping arm drive unit (300a) that drives the wiping arm. The wiping arm (310) and the wiping arm drive unit (300a) are installed around a toilet seat raising/lowering device (303), which is a device that is separate from the buttocks-wiping device (300) and is attached to a toilet seat. The wiping arm drive unit (300a) inserts the wiping arm (310) into a gap that appears between the toilet seat and the toilet when the toilet seat raising/lowering device (303) raises the toilet seat. The wiping arm drive unit then moves the wiping arm (310) to a position where the wiping arm wipes the dirty buttocks.
