Abstract:
A password lock, and unlocking verification method. The unlocking verification method comprises: recording an unlocking attempt password string and a preset password string in a vertical direction; upon completion of recording of the unlocking attempt password string, comparing the unlocking attempt password string against the preset password string in a horizontal direction; and if the result is a match, then enabling an unlocking lever (5) to be driven and unlock, else disabling the unlocking lever (5) from being driven and unlocking. The password lock and unlocking verification method enable uniform input sound and strength for each digit of an inputted password, and only verify whether an unlocking attempt password string is correct when a password input operation is completed. In this way, a user is unable to guess if an inputted digit is correct during a password input operation, thus significantly improving security and reliability compared with conventional button-based mechanical password locks.
