Provided are a button battery connector for anti-vibration and fall prevention and a method for use thereof. The button battery connector comprises a cover plate (2). The cover plate (2) is provided with a resilient Z-block piece (4) at the front end. The horizontal portion (41) of the block piece at the rear end is connected to the cover plate (2), the vertical portion in the middle of the block piece is used to prevent the battery separating from the cover plate (2), and the horizontal portion (43) at the front end is arranged obliquely upwards. Multiple baffles (3) are provided on both side walls of the cover plate (2) . A welding pin (31) is provided at the bottom of the baffles (3). At least one through-hole (21) is provided on the cover plate (2). A resilient tab (22), the front end of which always maintains a depressed state, is provided on a side wall of the through-hole (21). The front end of the resilient tab (22) bends upwards. Each of the cover plate, the block piece, the baffles, the welding pins and the resilient tab is made of electrically conductive metal. The connector has a simple structure and is easy to use.
