A button device for an electronic device of the present invention comprises: a frame unit including a conductive material; a button unit movably coupled to the frame unit; an inner conductive unit which is arranged in the button unit to be moved together with the button unit and receives electrostatic energy due to the capacitance of the frame unit; a support unit coupled to the frame unit to elastically support the button unit; an adhesive conductive unit which is coupled to the frame unit, is adhered to a touch panel unit, and contacts the inner conductive unit so as to transfer the electrostatic energy of the inner conductive unit to the touch panel unit when the button unit is moved; a restraining lever unit rotatably installed on the adhesive conductive unit to correspond to a keyhole portion of the frame unit; a restraining elastic unit connected to the restraining lever unit so as to apply an elastic force to the restraining lever unit; and a locking unit which is caught and restrained by the restraining lever unit, and is pressed by a key inserted into the keyhole portion so as to be released from the restraining lever unit.
