Disclosed are a button (2) and an electrical device. The button (2) comprises a switch element (21) and a switch actuating element (22). The switch actuating element (22) comprises an operating portion (221), a mounting portion (222), and a flexible arm portion (223) extending between the operating portion (221) and the mounting portion (222). The mounting portion (222) comprises a first positioning structure (2221) that limits rotation of the operating portion (221) about the mounting portion (222). When the switch actuating element (22) is mounted to a device body (1), once the mounting portion (222) is positioned with respect to the device body (1) by means of the first positioning structure (2221), the switch actuating element (22) will not move or rotate in a direction parallel to a mounting surface (14) of the device body (1), and the operating portion (221) is fixed at a position in the direction parallel to the mounting surface (14) of the device body (1), such that a relative position of the operating portion (221) and a button hole (11) on the device body (1) is not affected by assembly errors, achieving a constant high concentricity. The electrical device comprises a device body (1) and a button (2) mounted to the device body (1), wherein an operating portion (221) of the button (2) can be kept concentric with a button hole (11) on the device body (1), and the button (2) has good press feel and sensitivity.
