Abstract:
A button force measurement curvometer comprises a frame (1), a workbench (2), a protective cover (3), a test host machine (4), and a button test mechanism (5). The protective cover (3) is provided with a display screen (6), and control buttons (7). The test host machine (4) is mounted in the frame (1). The button test mechanism (5) is disposed on the workbench (2). Data tested by the button test mechanism (5) is processed by means of the test host machine (4) and then is reflected by the display screen (6). A to-be-tested product is placed on a product carrying tool (12); and then the button test mechanism (5) tests the to-be-tested product; comfortableness of traditional buttons is quantified; the whole process of button triggering is effectively reflected in the mode of curve coordinates in terms of a push stroke and rebounding force, indicators such as a maximum rebounding force, a minimum rebounding force and press-down displacements of characteristic points are tested, so as to provide more convenience for quality management and control in a production process.
