Abstract:
A bypass valve structure for an oil screw drill, comprising an outer valve body (1), an upper tapered threaded joint (2) provided on the upper end of the outer valve body (1), and a lower tapered threaded joint (3) provided on the lower end of the outer valve body (1). The inner upper end of the outer valve body (1) is provided with an outer inlet passage (4), and the inner lower end of the outer valve body (1) is provided with an outer outlet passage (5). A valve core (6) is slidably provided in the outer valve body (1) between the outer inlet passage (4) and the outer outlet passage (5). An upper spring limiting base (7) is provided on the valve core (6). A lower spring limiting base (8) cooperating with the upper spring limiting base (7) is provided in the outer valve body (1). An annular spring slot (9) is provided between the upper spring limiting base (7) and the lower spring limiting base (8). A first reset spring (10) is provided in the annular spring slot (9). The upper end of the first reset spring (10) abuts against the upper spring limiting base (7), and the lower end of the first reset spring (10) abuts against the lower spring limiting base (8).
