Abstract:
Provided are a C4-dicarboxylic acid transporter for increasing the oil yield of mucor circinelloides and an encoding gene C4mt thereof. The C4mt gene is obtained from high-oil-yield mucor circinelloides WJ11 by means of cloning, and is transformed into a mucor circinelloides deficient strain Mu402; the c4mt gene is integrated to a mucor circinelloides genome by means of homologous recombination to obtain a recombinant strain Mu-C4mt; the total oil fatty acid content of the Mu-C4mt strain is improved by 25.30%, and the maximum intracellular oil content can reach 16.34% of the total fatty acids.
