A cab hood, a cab and rolling stock, the cab hood comprising: designed in a split manner, a hood middle top plate (141), hood side top plates (142), a hood front top plate (143), hood side wall plates (144), hood headlamp cover plates (145), hood bottom side deflector covers (146), a hood bottom deflector cover (147), a hood middle cover plate (148) and a windshield supporting plate (149), each component cover plate of the hood being arranged on the outer side of a vehicle body framework (104) and being detachably connected to the vehicle body framework (104), and the adjacent cover plates being connected to each other.
