A cab slide device of industrial machinery enabling a reduction in man-hour for assembly and an increase in maintainability by forming a slide base so as to be inserted into and extracted from rails from the upper side of the rail. In the industrial machinery having a cab (11) mounted on the pair of rails (10) laid down on a chassis (4) so as to be slid through the slide base (20), the rails are formed in a generally channel shape in cross section and the recessed space parts (10a) thereof are positioned oppositely to each other, the slide base is formed by attaching a plurality of rollers (21) capable of rolling on the inside of the recessed spaces of the rails to both side faces thereof, and opening parts (12) allowing the access of the roller parts thereto are formed in the upper surfaces of the rails so that, from the upper side of the rails, the slide base can be inserted into and extracted from the rails through the opening parts.
