CLAIMS

1. A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant, wherein it comprises;

- a chassis (1) comprising top part (1.2),

- protective plates (2) positioned so as to cover the top part (1.2) of the chassis (1),

- edge-protective plates (9) positioned so as to cover side parts of the chassis (1),

- roof plate (3) positioned on the top part (1.2) so as to be parallel to the floor.

- LED lighting (4) which provides lighting of the inside of the chassis (1) and is positioned on the roof plate (3) so as to change color according to the operation of the system,

- speaker (5) positioned on the roof plate (3) so as to ensure transmission of warning sounds into the chassis (1),

- movement sensor (6) positioned on the chassis (1) so as to enable the system to be activated by detecting the movements of the person entering through the inlet (G),

- at least one nozzle (7) positioned on the chassis (1) pillars so as to provide steam flow into inside of the chassis (1),

- a disinfectant tank (16) positioned on the roof plate (3) so as to provide storage of hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant,

- a disinfectant steam tank (14) positioned at four corners of the disinfectant tank (16) in so as to provide that the hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant coming from the disinfectant tank (16) turns into steam, - transfer pipes (15) associated to disinfectant tank (16), disinfectant steam tank (14) and nozzles (7) so as to ensure that hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant is transmitted from the disinfectant tank (16) into the steam tank (14) and vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant is transmitted from the disinfectant steam tank (14) to the nozzles (7),

- a steam sensor (17) positioned in the disinfectant steam tank (14) in such a way that the hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant is converted into steam by means of the ultrasonic mist steam producer,

- a fan (13) connected to the disinfectant steam tanks (14) so as to ensure that the vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant is transmitted to the nozzles (7) via transfer pipes (15),

- reciprocal photocell (8) positioned on front pillars of the chassis (1) so that the circuit is completed by detecting movement of the person entering from the inlet (G) part,

- an ultrasonic sensor (10) positioned on front pillars of the chassis (1) so as to detect the person entering inside the chassis (1) with sound waves depending on human population in the application area,

- a limit switch (12) positioned at the lower rear part of the chassis (1) so as to trigger the operation of the system and

- a panel with spring (11) positioned on the base part of the chassis (1) so that it can be triggered by contacting the limit switch (12) with weight of the person entering inside the chassis (1). 2 A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant according to claim 1, characterized by having connection plates (1.1) that enable chassis (1) pillars to be fixed with each other.

3 A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant according to claim 1, characterized by having a panel with spring (11) comprising spring (11.1) positioned on lower pillars of the chassis (1) so that panel with spring (11) does not contact with the limit switch (12) when there is no load on the panel with spring (11).

4 A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant that prevents contamination which will occur due to the presence of pathogenic microorganisms in the environment.

5 A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant according to claim 1, characterized by having a nozzle (7) comprising a hole with a diameter between 0.1 mm and 20 mm.

6 A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant according to claim 1, characterized by having hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant comprising at least 300 ppm hypochlorous acid.

7 A cabin providing disinfection with vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant according to claim 1, characterized by having hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant comprising hypochlorous acid with a pH value between 6 to 8.

A CABINET PROVIDING DISINFECTATION WITH VAPORIZED HYPOCHLOROUS

ACID

Technical Field

The present invention is related to a cabinet providing disinfection with a vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant, which can be used to effectively disinfect people in public areas such as municipalities, courthouses, schools, shopping malls, markets, indoor sports halls, stadiums in the sector of disinfecting equipment.

State of the Art:

From past to present, throughout the history of the world, human beings have constantly struggled against epidemic diseases. The effective way to struggle with the epidemic is not to contact the viruses that cause the disease.

A great majority of epidemic diseases infect people through respiratory tract. Infection rate varies according to characteristics of the viruses that cause the epidemic. While some types of viruses hang in the air for a long time, some types of viruses settle on surfaces without suspending in the air. A great majority of viruses can remain alive in surfaces such as metal, wood, etc. for a long time. And at the same time, these viruses can remain on humans for a certain period of time. It can stick to the person passing through the area where the viruses are suspended in the air. The virus on the person may not cause the person to get sick. However, a person can carry this virus on him/her and transmit it to relatives by carrying it to a living area. Thus, the epidemic spreads rapidly . Disinfectant cabinets are installed at certain points in order to prevent the epidemic. It is aimed to disinfect tops of people passing through these cabins. Aim of these systems is to eliminate the viruses on the person by disinfecting liquids. This process is carried out by spraying liquids on the person.

The disinfection cabins used today cannot provide an effective disinfection. Viruses on the person cannot be killed with ineffective disinfection and the risk of infecting people with this virus continues. Ineffective disinfection cabins can give people the feeling of being disinfected, causing people to behave more comfortably than normal and contribute to the spread of the virus.

In the patent application numbered CN103861136A, "Disinfection cabin" is described. The invention describes a disinfection cabin. The disinfection cabin comprises a disinfection liquid pillbox, a fan gas outlet, an atomization nozzle, a shelf I, a shelf II, an electromagnetic pump and a controller, wherein the disinfection liquid pillbox is arranged on the right side of atomization nozzle, a fan is arranged in the fan gas outlet, the shelf I and shelf II are both arranged on the left side of the fan gas outlet, shelf II is arranged on the left side of the shelf I under the shelf I, electromagnetic pump forms an integrated disinfectant sprinkler system with disinfection liquid pillbox, electromagnetic pump and atomization nozzle, fan disinfectant sprinkler system is arranged between shelf I and shelf II, the disinfection cabin is provided with a disinfection cabin door, a switch device and a power cable are arranged on the outside of the fan, respectively and a liquid pillbox groove is arranged on the outer part of a disinfection liquid pillbox. By means of adoption of the disinfection period is short, there is no need for secondary cleaning, there is no internal loss, and disinfection is smooth and complete without any dead angle.

In the patent application numbered CN105727332A, "Outdoor manual-push type individual disinfection package" is described. The invention belongs to the field of personal disinfection and in particular is related to an outdoor manual-push type individual disinfection package. The disinfection package comprises a foldable disinfection chamber and a container for holding a disinfectant; wherein the nozzles used to spray the disinfectant in the form of a mist are dispensed into the disinfectant chamber and the disinfectant in the container is pumped into the nozzles, a manual-push type liquid pumping mechanism. When a disinfection package is used, a person to be disinfected enters a disinfection room, the manual-push type liquid pumping mechanism is repeatedly pushed by hands and the disinfectant in the container is pumped into the nozzles, and the entire body of the person is disinfected in a mist mode so that the purpose of sterilization and disinfection can be achieved through the nozzles. When an outdoor manual-push type individual disinfection package is operating, there is no need for a power source, and the whole body disinfection process can be completed by said person in an open air unmanned environment without further assistance. Disinfection chamber has a foldable structure and is suitable for assembly, disassembly and transportation.

Disinfecting cabins are described in the above-mentioned patent applications. Due to structure and design of said products, it is not possible to provide sufficient disinfection. In addition, there are disadvantageous products in terms of cost.

As a result, a new technology is needed, which provides an effective disinfection that can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, can neutralize the viruses on humans by means of its design, can prevent contamination by means of the presence of pathogenic microorganisms, comprises a natural and safe disinfectant liquid, does not require the use of a protective masks during the disinfection process, does not leave stain and residue, is practical to use, has a low installation time, has a long lifetime, can automatically switch on with sensors, and is resistant and cost-effective.

Description of the Invention:

The present invention is related to a cabin providing disinfection with a vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant which can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, wherein it can neutralize the viruses on humans by means of its design, can prevent contamination by means of the presence of pathogenic microorganisms, comprises a natural and safe disinfectant liquid, does not require the use of a protective masks during the disinfection process, does not leave stain and residue, is practical to use, has a low installation time, has a long lifetime, can automatically switch on with sensors, and is resistant and cost-effective.

The inventive product is a disinfectant system that aims to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic in public areas such as municipality, courthouse, school, shopping mall, market place, indoor sports halls, stadiums.

The inventive product provides an effective disinfection by means of its structural design. By means of its design, the invention can neutralize viruses on humans and prevent contamination that may occur due the presence of pathogenic microorganisms. Vaporized hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant which is the disinfectant liquid used in the inventive product has a natural and safe content. It is not necessary to use a protective mask during a disinfection process in the inventive product. Disinfecting steam does not leave any stain or residue on the person. The inventive product is practical to use by means of its structure and design. Installation time of the inventive product is short and its lifetime is long. The inventive product is automatically activated with sensors and enables people to be disinfected without any contact. The inventive product is practical to use by means of its structure and design.

It is easily installed by means of easily fixing of the parts that constitute the invention to each other, and the costs are low due to short installation time. In addition, the invention has a sound structure.

Description of the Invention:

(10) positioned on the front poles of the chassis (1) to detect the person entering the chassis (1) with sound waves depending on the human population in the application area, a limit switch (12) positioned at the lower rear part of the chassis (1) so as to trigger the operation of the system, and a panel with spring (11) positioned on the base part of the chassis so as to ensure that the limit switch (12) is triggered by contacting with the weight of the person entering the chassis (1).

The inventive product has connection plates (1.1) that ensure the chassis (1) pillars to be fixed with each other. In the inventive product, there is a spring panel (11) comprising spring (11.1) positioned on lower pillars of the chassis (1) so that panel with spring (11) does not contact with the limit switch (12) when there is no load on the panel with spring

(11). The inventive product comprises a hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant that prevents contamination which will occur due to the presence of pathogenic microorganisms in the environment. The inventive product has a nozzle (7) comprising a hole with a diameter between 0.1 mm and 20 mm. In the inventive product, there is a hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant comprising at least 300 ppm hypochlorous acid. The inventive product has a hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant containing hypochlorous acid with a pH value between 6 to 8.

Detailed Description of the Invention:

As a basis to the parts that constitute the invention; there are chassis (1), protective plate (2), roof plate (3), LED lighting (4), speaker (5), movement sensor (6), nozzle (7), reciprocal photocell (8), edge-protective plate (9), ultrasonic sensor (10), panel with spring (11), limit switch (12), fan (13), disinfectant steam tank (14), transfer pipe (15), disinfectant tank (16) and steam sensor (17).

In the inventive product, there is a chassis (1), a protective plate (2), a roof plate (3) and an edge-protective plate (9). Chassis (1) comprises the connection plates (1.1) and top part (1.2). Connection plates (1.1) ensure that the chassis (1) profiles are fixed together. Protective plate (2) is positioned on the chassis (1) such that it covers the top part (1.2) of the chassis (1). Roof plate (3) is positioned on the top part (1.2) so that it is parallel to the floor. Edge- protective plate (9) is positioned on the chassis (1) such that it covers right and left sides of the chassis (1).

In the inventive product, there are LED lighting (4), speaker (5), movement sensor (6), nozzle (7), reciprocal photocell (8) and ultrasonic sensor (10). LED lighting (4) is positioned on the roof plate (3) such as to have two plates. LED lighting

(4) provides lighting of the inside of the chassis (1) and changes color according to the operation of the system. Speaker (5) is positioned on the roof plate (3) such that it is between the LED lighting (4). Warning sounds about the operation of the system from the speaker (5) are given inside the chassis (1). Movement sensor (6) is positioned on the chassis (1) so that it can see the inlet (G) part of the chassis (1). Movement sensor (6) enables the system to be activated by detecting the movements of the person entering through the inlet (G). Nozzle (7) is positioned inside the chassis (1) such that there are eight nozzles. Nozzles (7) are positioned at certain distances to the chassis (1) pillars. Disinfecting steam flow is provided into the chassis (I) with the nozzles (7). Reciprocal photocell (8) is positioned in the inlet (G) so that it is below the chassis (1) pillars. Reciprocal photocell (8) enables circuit of the system to be completed by detecting the person entering from the inlet (G) part. Ultrasonic sensor (10) is positioned on the chassis (1) such that it faces lower part of the reciprocal photocell (8) and towards the outside. Ultrasonic sensor (10) detects the person entering into the chassis (1) with sound waves depending on human population in the application area.

In the inventive product, there are panels with spring (11), limit switch (12), fan (13), disinfectant steam tank (14), transfer pipe (15), disinfectant tank (16) and steam sensor (17). Panel with spring (11) comprises spring (11.1). Panel with spring (1) is positioned on the base part of the chassis (1) so that it is on the spring (11.1). End part of the spring panel (II) stands higher than the chassis (1) profile in a certain distance by means of the springs (11.1). Limit switch (12) is positioned on the chassis (1) base profile that can contact panel with spring (11). When a person rises on the panel with spring (11), the panel with spring (11) contacts with the limit switch (12) and activates the system. Disinfectant tank (16) is positioned on the roof plate (3). There is mixed oxidant containing disinfecting hypochlorous acid in the disinfectant tank (16). Disinfectant tank (16) can store 3 liters to 100 liters of hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant. Disinfectant steam tanks (14) are positioned on the roof plate (3) so that they are at the corners of the disinfectant tank (16). The disinfectant tank (16) and the disinfectant steam tank (14) are connected to each other with transfer pipes (15). With these transfer pipes (15), hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant is transferred from the disinfectant tank (16) to the disinfectant steam tanks

(14). Transfer pipes (15) are also positioned between disinfectant steam tanks (14) and nozzles (7). Steam sensor

(17) is positioned on the disinfectant steam tanks (14). Steam sensor (17) converts the hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant into steam. Fans (13) are positioned on the inner side parts of the disinfectant steam tanks (14). Fans (13) provide flow of the hypochlorous acid-containing mixed oxidant, which is converted into steam, to the nozzles (7) via transfer pipes

(15).

In the inventive product, the person entering the chassis (1) from the inlet (G) part; he/she sends signals to the control panel by triggering movement sensor (6) or reciprocal photocell (8) or ultrasonic sensor (10) or limit switch (12) automatically. With this signal, the hypochlorous acid- containing mixed oxidant is converted into steam and disinfects the person inside the chassis (1) via nozzles (7). When disinfection process begins and ends, the speaker (5) gives a warning signal and the LED lighting (4) changes color. After disinfection process is completed, the person exits from the chassis (1) outlet (C).
