Abstract:
A cable gripping apparatus, belonging to the field of cable fixing. The gripping apparatus comprises a wire grip head (1), a gripping jaw (2) and a housing (3); a first channel (11) is provided inside the wire grip head (1), a tapered surface (12) being provided in the first channel; the wire grip head (1) has a first outer surface (13), on which a first external threaded surface (14) is provided; the gripping jaw (2) comprises a first gripping jaw (21) and a second gripping jaw (22), and the two can combine with each other as a conical body; a second channel (23) which can accommodate a cable is provided inside the gripping jaw (2); a first cavity (31) is provided inside the housing (3), the first cavity (31) has therein a first inner threaded surface (33), and the wire grip head (1) matches the housing (3) by means of the first outer threaded surface (14) and the first inner threaded surface (33), so that the wire grip head (1) can move within the housing (3).
