Abstract:
Disclosed is a cable having a reduced tendency to become tangled. The cable consists of: a metal core for transmitting electrical signals; a flexible insulating sheath surrounding the metal core; and a coated layer surrounding and adhering to the insulating sheath, which is cured, flexible and elastic, wherein the coated layer surrounds and adheres to the insulating sheath by means of impregnating a powder-mixed polymer in the liquid phase with the insulating sheath, thereby curing the liquid-phase polymer. Further, the friction coefficient of the coated layer is less than the friction coefficient of the insulating sheath, and the hydrophobicity of the coated layer is greater than the hydrophobicity of the insulation sheath. Also, the thickness of the coated layer is less than the thickness of the insulating sheath.
