Disclosed is a cable reel satisfying live operation on site, the cable reel comprising: a middle cylinder (100), which is formed by means of assembling a plurality of arc plates made of non-metal materials; a first winding cylinder (200) and a second winding cylinder (300), which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle cylinder (100), wherein each of the first winding cylinder (200) and the second winding cylinder (300) comprises an outer disk (210), a middle disk (220) and a plurality of cylinder arm arc plates (230) arranged between the outer disk (210) and the middle disk (220), with the outer disk, the middle disk and the plurality of cylinder arm arc plates being made of non-metal materials; and a center shaft (400), wherein the first winding cylinder (200), the middle cylinder (100) and the second winding cylinder (300) are sequentially arranged on the center shaft (400) in a penetrating manner. The outer disk (210), the middle disk (220) and the cylinder body which are made of non-metal materials are used, such that an insulating non-magnetic environment can be created; and the middle disk (220) directly uses an assembled structure that is detachable to replace a gap and a detachable spoke plate.
