Abstract:
Provided are a cage for a rolling bearing that can satisfy different required characteristics while ensuring the strength of the cage and a rolling bearing that uses the cage. A cage 5 comprises annular cage main bodies 8, 11 which hold a plurality of balls 4 in a rolling bearing 1, which are guided by an outer ring 3, and which have pocket holes that accommodate the balls 4. A resin portion 9 is formed in at least a portion that is of the inner surface of each pocket hole of the cage main body 8 and that slides on each ball 4, and a resin portion 12 having a different composition from that of the resin portion 9 is formed in a guide portion of the cage main body 11 that slides on the outer ring 3.
