Abstract:
A cake container (1) is formed at its bottom with a through hole (16), which is sized to extend over the entire bottom of the cake container, and is constituted only by an annular peripheral wall (2). When a heating plate (8) is heated with a cake dough (10) and the cake container (1) placed thereon, the cake dough (10) is directly heated through the through hole (16). Accordingly, the cake dough (10) is efficiently heated whereby fats and oils added to the cake dough (10) is efficiently scattered to improve a mellow flavor of cake.
