Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a calcareous sand freezing test device based on MICP, the device comprising a test cylinder, a calcareous sand solidifying mechanism, a cooling cylinder, a squeezing mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The calcareous sand solidifying mechanism comprises limiting cylinders, a depth finder, an electric control nozzle, a feeding pipe, a moving mechanism and a main control unit. The feeding pipe delivers calcareous sand raw materials into the limiting cylinders, and different amounts of water are added in an uneven manner to the different limiting cylinders according to test requirements; after the calcareous sand is solidified by microorganisms, the limiting cylinders are removed, with samples being left in the test cylinder; the cooling cylinder is lowered to provide a low-temperature environment for the samples such that water in the samples crystallizes; and then a pressurization test is performed on the multiple samples by means of the provided squeezing mechanism, such that the samples burst under pressure, splashed fragments hit piezoelectric ceramic sheets on the cooling cylinder, and then the piezoelectric ceramic sheets at different positions are triggered to determine the performances of the samples at the same time, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the test.
