Abstract:
Provided is a calcining furnace used for producing industrial catalysts; a ventilation system is constituted by a fresh-air duct system and a circulating-air duct system; the fresh-air duct system consists of a high-pressure blower (10), a fresh-air inlet duct (9), and a material-loading frame (8); the air inlet duct (9) is connected to the material-loading frame (8); the material-loading frame (8) also serves as a fresh-air duct and is provided with an air-outflow hole; the material-loading frame (8) is an integrated frame having a fixed hollow structure, and splits into two parts at its middle; the horizontal duct is layered and arranged on the frame; a catalyst storage bin is placed on the horizontal duct of the material-loading frame (8) to form a material-loading layer; the circulation duct inside the furnace, the air duct formed between the inner housing and the material-loading frame (8), the air inlet (15) at the top of the furnace, the main air-outflow openings (2) at the two sides, the fresh-air inlet (11), and the grille air-outflow opening (4) constitute the circulating-air duct system; the two sides inside the furnace are equipped with heating elements (13); a mixed fresh-air and circulating-air calcination system is established such that fresh air and circulating air are fully mixed together and heating is uniform, and the catalyst product resulting from calcination has good stability, good catalytic activity, and high strength.
