Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to reduce vehicle position estimation errors. A calculating device (14) includes: a detected position acquiring unit for acquiring detected position information at a first timing (TA) and detected position information at a second timing (TB); a vehicle behavior acquiring unit for acquiring vehicle behavior information; an estimated position acquiring unit for acquiring estimated position information relating to a vehicle at the second timing (TB), on the basis of the vehicle behavior information, and for acquiring estimated position information at an intermediate timing between the first timing (TA) and the second timing (TB) on the basis of the vehicle behavior information and the detected position information at the first timing (TA); and a corrected position acquiring unit for correcting the estimated position information at the intermediate timing on the basis of a difference between the detected position information and the estimated position information at the second timing (TB), to thereby calculate corrected position information, which is a corrected value of the position information of the vehicle unit (10) at the intermediate timing.
