Abstract:

Provided is a calculation device which is provided with: a holding head including a holder for holding a leaded component comprising a lead and a body; and a moving device which moves the holding head. The calculation device calculates a detachment position of the leaded component being held by the holder, during an operation using an operating machine for mounting the leaded component onto a substrate by inserting, by means of the activation of the moving device, the lead of the leaded component being held by the holder into a hole formed in the substrate. The calculation device calculates, during the operation for mounting a component being held, i.e., the leaded component being held by the holder, a height of the component being held at which the lead can be inserted into the hole without the body of the component being held interfering with a previously attached component already mounted onto the substrate, on the basis of the dimensions of the previously attached component, the dimensions of the lead of the component being held, and the dimensions of the holder, as a detachment height of the component being held by the holder.
