Abstract:
A calender (1), a foam floor production line, and a one-time forming process. The calender (1) comprises a base (11), and calendering roller sets arranged in an array on the base (11), the calendering roller sets comprising a main calendering roller set (12), and an embossing roller set (13) used for embossing a material to be processed, the main calendering roller set (12) and the embossing roller set (13) being spaced at a certain distance so that the material can be cooled before entering from the one roller set to the other roller set. The calender (1) achieves a better embossing effect. The calender (1) is used for the production of a foam floor, and implements foam floor integrated production.
