Abstract:
A calibrant for use in correction of machine error of a mass spectrometer and a method for producing the calibrant are provided. Provided are a calibrant for use in a mass spectrometer and a method for producing the calibrant, the calibrant containing two or more calibration substances, wherein the ratio of the concentration of one of the two or more calibration substances to the concentration of the other one of the two or more calibration substances is a predetermined value.
