Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a calibration device comprises: a first reflection member arranged in a first element; a second reflection member arranged in a second element; a light source unit for emitting a first beam; a beam splitter for dividing the first beam into a second beam and a third beam which are different from each other in a propagation path, and if a first reflected beam in which the second beam is reflected by the first reflection member and a second reflected beam in which the third beam is reflected by the second reflection member are projected, coupling the first reflected beam and the second reflected beam as a forth beam; a detector for detecting an image signal corresponding to the fourth beam; and a displacement detection unit for detecting an interference pattern from the image signal and calculating displacement information between the first and second elements by comparing the interference pattern and a pre-stored interference pattern.
