Abstract:
The present invention relates to a calibration device capable of simply and quickly performing a calibration operation to improve the accuracy and reliability of a value measured by a gas component analysis device, and a gas component analysis device having the same. To this end, the calibration device of the present invention is a calibration device for calibrating a gas component analysis device which detects, by a detector, a component of a sample gas, separated as a single component through a separation tube, and analyzes the same, wherein the calibration device is connected to a supply tube for supplying a gas to the separation tube, so as to sequentially supply a plurality of calibration gases having different concentrations to the separation tube through the supply tube.
