Abstract:
In this calibration chart device 20, a peak detection unit 32 detects for each pixel a marker position at which a pixel value is a maximum, the marker position being detected from: a plurality of infrared images obtained by successively moving markers, having a unimodal distribution of infrared radiation amount in the movement direction, in a first direction, and capturing images of the markers at each movement position using an infrared camera IRC; and a plurality of infrared images obtained by successively moving the markers in a second direction different form the first direction, and capturing images of the markers at each movement position using the infrared camera IRC. A calibration processing unit 36 calculates camera parameters by using the marker positions detected for each pixel by the peak detection unit 32. Accordingly, the infrared camera can be easily calibrated.
