Abstract:
[Problem] To minimize error in measurement results. [Solution] A measurement device 10 is provided with a mixer 20, a detector 43, a variable attenuator 60, a calibration information setting unit 501, and a measurement data generation unit 502. The mixer 20 mixes an RF signal of a target under measurement and a local signal, and generates an IF signal. The detector 43 detects the IF signal, and generates a detection signal. The variable attenuator 60 is connected between the mixer 20 and the detector 43, and attenuates the IF signal. The calibration information setting unit 501 sets calibration information on the basis of changes in the strength of the detection signal based on the value of the variable attenuator 60. The measurement data generation unit 502 generates measurement data for the RF signal using the calibration information, and the strength of the detection signal obtained with the value of the variable attenuator 60 fixed.
