Abstract:
A calibration method and system for an incident angle of a portable high-pressure water jet for steel rail grinding. In the calibration method, firstly, original data of an acceleration and an angular velocity is collected by using an accelerometer and a gyroscope; three-axis acceleration data and three-axis angular velocity data are solved by combining the sensitivities of two sensors, i.e. the accelerometer and the gyroscope; then, an inertial force vector of the accelerometer is calculated by means of a definition, and a first group of included angle data between the vector and each axis is obtained; the three-axis angular velocity data which is obtained by the gyroscope and is less affected by an external vibration is taken as a second group of included angle data; and a first-order complementary algorithm is applied to the two groups of data, so as to obtain an accurate value, thereby determining a final incident angle. By means of the calibration method, the disadvantages of an accelerometer and a gyroscope are complementary, and the problem of mechanical vibration and noise bringing about an error during the calibration of an incident angle of a water jet for steel rail grinding is solved. The calibration system for an incident angle of a portable high-pressure water jet for steel rail grinding comprises a sensor unit (11) for collecting original data of an acceleration and an angular velocity, a control unit (12) for performing calculation to obtain a first group of incident angles, a second group of incident angles and a final incident angle, and a display screen (2), wherein the control unit (12) is in signal communication with the sensor unit (11) and the display screen (2), respectively.
